1. How could I get samples?
We can supply some samples ( we ask full price for samples but we will return some charger when you place big orders) if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS or TNT account .
2. How can I get your price list?

3. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. We are professional on OEM. We can help you to make your logo or other information on products or package box too!
4. How to place an order?
Please send us your enquiry, after we quoted, if we reach a agreement, you
can send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or ask us to send you a PROFORMA INVOICE or SALES CONTRACT for your order.
5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We also help you to arrange all kinds of goods can via sea, air or express angency (DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS,FedEx etc).We’d like to help you to find the most profitable way.
6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier(DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT & FEDEX).
For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, either by air or sea.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
7. What’s your usual payment term for orders?
We accept terms of Wire Transfer(T/T) in advance or L/C at sight, and T/T preferable under US$50,000 per order. For smaller order, Cash or Western Union is also accept.

1. How to control your quality?
We have our own purchase team to QA all the raw material and other team to QC & QA the complete goods on production line. After all, we will check goods again before ship to customers.
2. Do you accept small order?
Yes, we can accept smaller orders especially for new customers. We hope that even you are going to make small order with us but also please let us know your qty then we can respond you fast!
3. How long is your delivery time?
5 - 7 days after we get your deposit. Also, if you are in a rush time we can help to provide goods within 5 days.
4. What’s the warranty of your products?
One year.Durding this one year, if there is any problem of the quality, the importer can send the goods to the us by post office or EMS, after we got the goods, we will send a perfect one to you, the transportation fee is shared by both of importer and exporter.
